You can pay online by credit or debit card. Netopia Payments is the processing platform for our online payments.
When do I receive my order?
Usually we deliver within 2 days time. However, sometimes you may be asked to give us up to 5 days in exceptional situations.

How can I return an item?
In case of return, please let us now immediately after receiving your order. You have 3 days to return the item in the exact same condition you received it and with all the tags in place, by any courier of your choice. The return is not free, you will arrange and pay for the shipping. Once we receive it, check and accept the return, we will refund the money in your personal bank account in the next 3 days.
